Hey gang. Anyone had any withdrawals or anything with these?

Here's the story. Used them a few times never had a withdrawal.

Got a free £10 chip. Played wagered check all t&c's everything fine.

Requested a withdrawal on Monday. Took 3 days for them to ask for usual documents.

Sent passport bank statements.

Got an email saying that they where all ok and my withdrawal would be processed.

Got an email before from security saying that they needed more documentation cause my passport doesn't have my middle name on it but my bank statement does?

Asked for another photo ID like driving licence but I haven't got another.

Not sure where to do from here. Anyone else ever experienced verification like this?

Sorry for the long post. Just a bit confused with it all haha. Thanks.

Sorry forgot to mention that live chat is unavailable and support through email is take 2/3 days to reply. Something wrong with their system I've read.

Spoke to there twitter account several time and got a message from them saying my withdrawal has been processed then I get that email asking for more documents.

Strange in my opinion.

Just an update for anyone interested haha!

Finally approved my second lot of documents this morning and processed my withdrawal finally!

Took 7 days in total to sort this whole mess out.

But none the less the money is on the way to my bank.

What a load of messing around lol

It's easier to set up new bank accounts in the UK than sort a simple withdrawal out with some of these sites. Surly they must get that many people especially new customers who simply don't want the messing around with ID and just leave the few quid in the balance and never to return.

My mum is pretty old fashioned and she won £10 on a lotto site, she was so concerned about sending private information back to the company that she left the £10 in the balance and never returned.

Yup probably the worse experience I've had with sorting my documents out.

It is a pain but I understand it's that KYC thing.

Just stick to the accredited list on here and be fine.

Always the way when you're waiting on you're winnings an it's pushed back.

Alternatively, you could get your KYC done straight after registering and before you deposit or play. Saves the hassle when you eventually make it to a withdrawal and in my experience casinos get it done faster when you mention to them that you will be waiting with your first deposit until the KYC is completed. :D

Not once in 19 years of online gaming did i have a delay with my withdrawals simply by following my "KYC first, deposit second" rule.

I've actually done this with 1 or 2 casinos.

But this was got an offer on the email and started to play straight away.

But I think when joining any new casino I shall stick to the KYC before I deposit.

Like you said saves any hassle with a withdrawal.

Having a few issues with these myself waiting for a payment despite being fully verified and using them without issue on previous occasions. Got a little bit of a snotty mail from one of the rep's asking why my name was 'completely different' on my mail to my actual account, you can only create an account with first and last name, my mail is my middle name.

I'd have gone on LC myself if it ever worked....

I second this approach, however apparently this does not work with some casinos as they "don't have them on file" when you go to withdrawal.

But Harry is right, verify first, deposit second.

The casino will still be there after they verify your docs.

Another thing I found is if you mention in email to banking/finance that you wanted to get verified first before depositing any money they tend to get processed faster.

I've sent docs in and had them verified within hours whereas I have read that other people waited days from the same casino after requesting withdrawal. Just my 2 cents.

That's something I do all the time also. As you say if you say u you will deposit after your fully verified it can be done at super human speed strangely!..
It also safeguards the player to a few withdrawl issues to.
Some casinos like to try to tell you they don't need documents straight away, I just inform them no complete kyc no deposit. Simple.
I'd advise any player to complete the kyc process before transferring any cash.

I got my withdrawal in the end but just took longer than usual.

I had the same snotty email from security over my middle name not being on my passport!

Got it all sorted in the end like. But no sure what's happening at PKR as there always seems to be problems.

Hope you get t sorted tho.

Thanks Brian, I got an email from another support team member apologising for the confusion, so seems to be just the first staff member not paying attention to what she was doing, at face value. Withdrawal looks to be in process now as well. Thanks.
