These are the sequence of events which followed

I logged on to playhippo, played the 10 free spins and won £5.04
I attempted to wager through the £5.04, but failed, and zeroed my balance

I then decided to make the necessary deposit of £50 to claim the 200 free spins
I entered the bonus code MON200 and £50 into the Neteller deposit page.
A popup window appeared which said I couldn’t make a deposit while I had a bonus on my account.
So I forfeited the 10 no-deposit free spins bonus in order to clear my account.
I then entered the bonus code MON200 and £50 into the Neteller deposit page again.
Deposit and bonus code accepted this time

I opened twin spin, but the 200 free spins weren't there, so I assumed they’d be added later, or the next day, as some casinos do
So I played slots with just my £50 deposit, and lost the £50
I then contacted chat support who told me the free spins would be credited between 30 minutes and 24 hours

After 20 hours I emailed support who told me I wasn't eligible for the offer as i needed to have deposited at least €20 last week
So I checked my account, I had deposited £99 last thursday.
They then said the spins would be credited asap

after a while I emailed again to ask where the spins were and was told they'd check with gaming support
Gaming support said I'd received the spins and played them, I argued I hadn't, I had only played the 10 no-deposit spins

Then they claimed i'd forfeited the bonus. yes, I forfeited the 10 ND spins bonus, because their system wouldn't let me deposit and use the 200 spins bonus code, with that 10 ND spins bonus still in my account.

So they're now saying I cancelled the 200 free spins BEFORE I'd even entered the bonus code and made the required deposit.

And it seems, that's their final word on it

I bet you some where in terms it will state you cannot forfeit the bonus if you wish to receive the extra spins, Basicily its so your tied into wager

Also it most likely a con, Check starburst as thats probably where your spins are

so they weren't allowing me to give them anything to tie up, lol

Got the same email as above but had no free spins in my account when I opened Twin Spin.

Now normally I'm aware that PlayHippo's prerequisite for such an astounding number of free spins requires having made a prior deposit, but I assumed that for once they might have actually doled out some spins to existing players. WRONG!

So I emailed them about my phantom free spins, their reply amounted to essentially the middle finger via the medium of text.

Pretty terrible CS and to be honest I wouldn't entrust these cack- handed gibbons to organize a piss- up in a brewery.

What made you think that 200 spins would be in Twin Spins??

Email clearly states 10 free spins in Twin Spins for players who made deposit last week.

But offers states deposit €/£50 and get 200 free spins. But in what slot? It is just really poor promotion marketing from playhippo.

I know their other offers. And there is no chance that they would give 200 spins in twin spins for just €/£50 deposit.

Like Spintee the 200 spins are 100% gonna be in Starburst or Lights.

No where does it say what slot. There are no terms and conditions attached to this promotion email as the terms and conditions in bottom of email is not on.

So basically they have broken the UK Gambling Commission rule. I am thinking about turning them in for poor promotion marketing.

New rules since is to clearly state terms and conditions and everything which they don't. One of the reasons I never really got going there and also even as affiliate dare to promote them anymore or want to recommend them to any players just to earn some bucks.

I hope you still get them..

And if you get them clear the ridiculous wagering requirements they have on them.

and btw, to follow up your wagering, you contstantly have to ask live chat or email them, because it isnt visible in your account.. (only on free spins bonusses but still very annoying)

I dont play at their casino anymore, reason: EveryMatrix

Good luck!

I can throw my reputation on the line and declare they are crooks. In April this year they zeroed my balance and told me that I had forfeited both my deposit and bonus and that they could even provide a screenshot of that. I had other important things to do and did not PAB. Trust me they are crooks of the highest order.

So another EM site playing games, Serious getting real dodgy, I feel sorry for the couple of good casino that run from them
