Phone call from Casino Rewards

Got a call a bit ago from Colosseum Casino.

They've placed a rather generous free chip in my account, and informed me of a nice 125% match available until the end of the week.

Quite a number of years ago, I told them the only time I wanted a telephone call was when I had won a prize or was given a free chip.

They have never called for any other reason since, and have always called at an appropriate time (about 5 - 8 pm my time zone).

It's been a few weeks since I've last played there, and I'm fairly certain there will be left-over wagering from my last deposit. A fresh deposit always clears prior wagering, but if you get a free chip any remaining wagering from the last deposit carries over. Not the only MG casino to do this.

 Thank you Casino Rewards. Glad you are finally accredited here.

Haven't had funds to deposit for a couple of days, so a really nice surprise.

When my balance is down to zero on mg slots and I still have some wr...the wr resets itself according to my new deposit. However even if there is a penny left in my account and I haven't met wagering....it will carry over.

Tried tested and true.

Speaking of phone calls...its is about 1030pm here...and I just got a call from gowild casino....a bit late to be calling I said....and they quickly apologized and hung up....

I've never had a problem with WR carrying forward on a deposit on a zero balance (I always zero out before depositing).

But a "free chip" is not considered a deposit. While it's not this way at 32Red for instance, it is how Fortune Lounge looks at things, and a number of years back I encountered this issue. To be fair, the rep was helpful, and my response in the matter came from Microgaming itself. It may be the default setting unless an operator chooses otherwise. Closest I've ever come to a PAB, but decided my balance was sufficient to play on and meet WR to avoid the hassle.

Pretty sure it's not this way at GoWild either.

They gave me a free chip last year (£30) and I turned it into £870..
It was also a phone call.

I was a bit wary I wouldn't get paid but it was prompt and I didn't even get asked for ID...so kudos to them.

CR continuously have given me free comps between $50-$100 for the past few years, it has suddenly stopped since I had some major wins and w/d 35k in a week, casinos love losers....funny though, most gamblers chase that thrill, my mentality would be to comp them somewhat more aggressively.
