Guys i wasn't able to istant withdrawl, it said to me i didn't meet the wanger (?)

Did deposit about 300, went to withdrawl 500 and not able for istant withdrawl.

Did sent an e-mail and no answer in 12h.
The live chat help in banking DO NOT WORK... i was able to contact them only when i unistall the software!

Did you take a bonus from them drk? If so, then it sounds like you haven't wagered the bonus wagering requirements fully yet. You won't be able to withdraw until you do. It should be laid out in the Bonus "Terms & Conditions" on the Phoenecian website.
