Pheonician right now is making a move to top Inetbet as the casino that offers the fastest payouts and best service. They now offer instant Neteller withdraws which I have used a number of times with no problems. I know some people are sceptical of all RTG casinos because their lack of a "real" gaming liscence but I have never heard a complaint about these guys, only compliments. The only thing wrong with Phoenician is that no one can spell their name right. I met with the operators in London, and they seem to be running a tight ship. The licensing issue should be changing hopefully sometime in the near future, and they would be a casino that I'd be willing to take on board once this occurs. The same goes for Inetbet.

I just signed up at Phoencian this week. The customer service is good and their instant Neteller withdrawal feature is for real. I made a withdrawal yesterday and it posted to my account shortly thereafter
(minus the bonus amount which was subtracted). So far, I am very impressed.
