I don't know why Pharaohs casino is no longer accredited. I always got a very nice support by phone. They have a free toll number for Spain and a spanish operator helped me always that I needed.

There was another problem? No payments? Tricky bonuses?

They are having some serious communication problems, and they've had a pending customer complaint that has been pending for a couple of months with no answer.

They were removed from the accredited list a month or so ago, and rogued last week. It's truly a shame since they have been listed here for years. But if you can't respond to player issues, then that's a major problem.

Totally agree with that meister. You know the amount of online players in the world who aernt aware of this portal, has to be quite staggeringly large, ive visited other portals in the past, long b4 i discovered this one and was never made to feel truly comfortable with the advice or opinions that was ever given. So many `biased websites and portals out there` many set up directly by the casino groups themselves that an unawares player might totally be taken in. I dont admire duplicity, but i do admire the way in which duplicity is handled and this portal does that well and puts the player first.

New version (same as pharaoh's) or old version (same as Bet and win or SportingBet) ?

A couple of weeks ago Pharaohs Casino was rogued:

Pharaohs Casino - a Casinomeister member since 2000 - has been removed from the "Accredited" section and placed in the Not Recommended section for being non-responsive to a player issue.

What a shame...

I've just spoken with them over the phone and just as I suspected, my emails were getting caught up in their spam filters at Boss Media. The outstanding player issue has been resolved, and I have no qualms about reinstating them in the Accredited Section.
