Pending withdrawals Videoslots

Thanks for your response. How long do these routine review usually take? £500 has now reversed back to my available balance and 1 withdrawal is still pending.

Hi @Amnada101

It depends on case to case but obviously we try to do them as soon as possible. There were some transaction issues the day when you originally requested the funds to be transferred.

Your withdrawal has already been processed today and should arrive soon to your bank, if not already arrived.

Don't hesitate to contact us if there's any further issues with it. Preferably via private message or directly to our team videoslotsteam@videoslots.com, as we cannot really share any personal information here.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

Withdrawals now been pending over 24 hours. No one seems to now why. Anyone else having delayed withdrawals with them?
It might be a good idea to reach out to their support team for clarification. Sometimes there can be unexpected technical issues or additional verification processes. Hopefully your withdrawals will be processed soon

I got the withdrawals after 2 days but account is still under review a week later. Withdrawals again getting declined and they have now deactivated slots on my account. I will keep this thread updated on the whole process in case any one experiences similar.

I current have 52 presents amounting to 532 free spins. They expire in a week and are not playable due to my restrictions.

I have also had to provide identity again and these checks were passed again.

Hopefully review wont take much longer.

Now I had a random phone call from a withheld number. Wouldn't say where they were calling from until I told them my name. Wanted to know the year in which I joined and my first ever deposit amount and method. May be a part of the ongoing review?

If you have had your money from them, and you have nothing in your account, I would honestley tell them to stick it.

Based on my own experience with them, they are extremley difficult to deal with.

let say you make deposit with Visa and try to cashout on Paypal, they will reversed to balance, you need to cashout same way as you made deposit

In my opinion, the site should not let that happen. It should default to the same method as the deposit.

Actually still having issues with Videoslots and Mrvegas. I did try private messaging on here but got the standard 'your account is under review'. Even though I was told the review was finished. This has been ongoing now for around 2/3 weeks. Withdrawals are being rejected after pending for long periods, account works in full apart from withdrawals being spat back into my account.

It seems when you do fall into problems they are not easily rectified as others are also finding.

You only find out your account is under review when withdrawals start pending and then reject.

Mrvegas.com and videoslots were miles ahead of everyone else in terms of offering near instant withdrawals before they became the norm. If you are having issues I suspect there is good reason for it. I wont try to guess as there are so many possibilities.

Ive personally only ever had problems with them, but everyone's circumstances are different.

Unfortunately with the UKGC being the way they are these things happen. My poiny was that something must have triggered a red flag.

Had the accounts numerous years with no issues, fully verified also. Gave all documents they've asked for again and confirmed they all were good. Told review was completed last week. I am clueless as to what it could be.

Sometimes its the casino being scared of a ukgc fine. I had issues with another casino who had previously been fined. Problem is they are best I can see now breaching ukgc rules by being over zealous. I spoke to ukgc and they arent allowed to do what they have done according to the info I was provided.
