I Have some cash I'm my PayPal account and because I'm in Australia I can not use it to gamble online. So I was wondering if there is any way to transfer the money from my PayPal account to neteller account ? Please help thanks

Unless you know someone with accounts at both, who happens to be willing to help you out with a p2p transfer, i would say, the only way is to be patient, withdraw to your bank from Paypal, then deposit into Neteller.
