Paypal is going hard against anything that related to gambling lately.
Our Paypal account was suspended just because the username and activity contained the word "VegasHero" and they deemed our activity "high risk". For 5 years they had no issue and were happy to make money off our business, we had no disputes, it was a healthy account. And then suddenly it's no good any more.
