Need a bit of help. Is there any Online casino Affiliate programs that offer the Pay per Click option?

I've never seen a casino offering PPC for affiliates. And to be honest, it wouldn't be a good deal for the affiliate or for the brand - because if the traffic is good quality then you'd make much more from revenue share, and if the quality of traffic isn't good then the brand would be wasting their money. That's the benefit of revenue share, you get paid the appropriate amount according to the quality of your traffic... unless you're getting heaps of players shaved from your account, then it sucks
