Paradiseplay - payment pending more than 48hs

hi, everyone, I submitted a request for payment almost 48 hours ago, this is still pending, the casino says they have not received the money from the profider. Are there people here who have experience with this? it concerns paradiseplay.com the chat is worthless the standard same answer every time

Hi Kaplan volgens mij spreek je nederlands dus ik ga het in het nederlands doen.
Exact hetzelfde verhaal als bij jou en volgens mij hebben we ook nog op dezelfde dag gespeeld. Ik 23 en 24 april. Ook mijn geld is niet binnen. Nog nooit van gehoord.
Ik heb ze net een uitdraai van mijn bank gestuurd om ze te laten zien dat het uit mijn bank wel degelijk weg is.

Hey ja klopt. Bij mij is het er ook duidelijk af gaat om een bedrag van 7000€ wat ik moet krijgen. Zogenaamd hebben ze het niet ontvangen. Net even gegoogled en online staat er dat de ontvanger het gelijk hoort te hebben. Klopt 23 april.
