What is going on with this game?

I know it had some problems and it was pulled from some of the RTG sites, but not all of them.

Some sites offer it but with only a fixed max bet of $1 per spin, other sites allow you to vary your bet and go larger.

I would like to know too. I can't even remember which casino I played it now. The other sites, the download messed up and I can't get in it. But, I am having the same problem with Lucky8 and Hen House too
