Hi!
I have some questions for the onlinecasino-eu. Sister sides: Slotilda & BoomBangCasino.
3 days ago i had a withdrawal. A few minutes later i send all my documents and than i must wait 3 days for an answer from the finace department (it never works faster there).
3 long days to verify an account, than another 3 days for waiting for a withdrawal.
The CSA means it can take more than 7-10 days.
Now, after 3 days my withdrawal is "still in pending" and i don't have an answer. Terrible!
I'm really angry for that!

Is this normal for an onlinecasino with mga-licence?
 
Sorry, cant really help with your problem.

They make a lot of TV advertising in Germany so I had a look at their site. Very unclear bonus terms almost impossible to understand. Different terms for every kind of bonus. Bonus is not cashable and they offer a Reverse-your-withdrawal bonus. That’s a big No No at CM if I remember correctly.

So it seems it’s one of those casinos who want you to reverse and wait as long as possible to pay you.

Please be patient and don’t reverse your withdrawal!!!
 
No, i don't reverse my withdrawal. NEVER EVER ;-)

But what is wrong with these casinos?
We have 2018 and a withdrawal can take more than 7 days?
The service don't know that these casinos loose customers for this way?

As i said: My withdrawal is still in pending (more than 60 hours now) and i don't have ONE answer: Not for my documents or other ... nothing!
 
They are owned by OCG International Limited and I believe they target mainly the German market.
And I have read through their t&c's which are pretty vague in my opinion.
This casino is not accredited on CM nor is any of the sister casinos so I would always thread such casinos with caution.
Germans can play at a lot of casinos that are accredited here at CasinoMeister.

i'm in a similar boat with a different casino (well 2 actually!) i feel like i may have used invisible ink to fill up my keyboard this week .

no reply to documents. no reply to accidental forwarding of a conversation i had with their sister casino . zilch nada . they want us to reverse - well that's not gonna work when i inserted a 0.07 pence loss limit on my account !

our casinos must be out getting drunk rather than replying to their customers . dreadful .

You probably have the option to reverse your withdrawal and in most cases they are hoping you will do so.
Of course, STAY STRONG and don't reverse any of your winnings.
 
Yes, i have the option for a withdrawal since 3 days.
Than the casino can wait another 5, 15 or 30 days for a reverse.
How long shall it be? Is it a RACE for "Who is harder?" Casino or customer?
The casino LOST the race for me!

But why i have not ONE answer from the finance-department in the last 3 days?
Not for my documents, not for my withdrawal ... nothing!
The CSA's all sleeping there?
 
Now (3 days later) i have an answer from the support: Sounds like my documents are ok, but my withdrawal is still in pending ... omg!

After my verification the CSA told me that i must wait now another 3 days minimum for my withdrawal ... and my withdrawal than is pending more than 1 week!!!
I had never such like this before, really not!
I'm angry about this ... Why can have SUCH casinos a licence?
