It looks like this was brewing a while: Back in 2010

This link below is far more worrying, unbelievable the MGA hasn't acted until now!!!

Basically BetPresto and Wauwbet but also had Betvivo, Betblow!!!, Firstbet and the Betting room

This makes me laugh from a player protection perspective and shows without a form of Escrow (similar to the UKGC's level 3 which few use) the players funds may as well be under the owners' beds.

1. If a player is locked out when the brown hits the fan, as invariably happens and the site has a blank page with a message to e-mail or some other useless information, how is the player meant to produce a screenshot or prove he/she is owed money?

2. If the cash-out is pending, how does the player prove definitively they haven't received it?

3. There is no indication any funds are even available (from the MGA's notice) so how much if anything could they expect?

4. What provisions do the cheap licenses and taxes Malta levies have for other creditors being paid in front of players? We've seen this before with the hopeless UKGC level 1 funds protection, the player will be lucky to see a penny.
