Hi to all

Need someone experienced opinion towards Malta online casinos.

I usually played in two casino operators ( with the same casino feed ) and, a few days ago, I won some money on both.

The results are different.

One payed me about 100€ ( profit only ) on the next day.

The other one, from who I made a payout request ( around 300€) does not reply to my mails ( on weekdays 48 hours have passed ) and when trying to access my account, I get the message "user not enabled".

Since the Casinos Live feed from the same place I though very strange and decide to put that info here.

Besides I check the regulator page and saw:

URL Not Found / Outdated

So I need some opinion on how to act, and I´m not telling the casino name due to privacy and also respect for the still paying casinos.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Your money is NOT protected at all. Just Google "Purple Lounge" and see how useful this "protection by law" in the LGA was to players then.

If the casino has stopped responding, a PAB might wake them up. LGA licensed casinos tend to turn rogue rather than go bust overnight. The Purple Lounge case of going bust is an exception, and unlikely to be the most probable cause of this experience.

Naming the casino would help more, as we could at least tell you how they are rated here, and the best way forward.

If they have a rep here, you could always try sending them a PM before you name them or PAB.

Hi vinylweatherman

Thanks for your reply.

I will wait for a reply until end Tuesday 9th, just to give them 2 more working days.

After that I will name the casino ( the not responsive/paying one ).

Regards
