In Holland the land based casinos are closed. My uncle is bored to death. He has been asking me to open an online account for him somewhere. At the same time I would like to open one for myself as well in order to play with him at the same table. Pure recreational small bets.

Which online casinos offer this multiplayer facility? True live tables would be best, but not a must.

Lots of online casino's that are open to Dutch offer Live Casino blackjack tables.

The games are (always?) provided by one of Evolution Gaming, Playtech or Pragmatic.

For traditional blackjack games (7 player seats) the minimum bet per hand is typically EUR/$ 5.
Also you might want to play at a casino that is licensed per September 1st when the market is to be regulated.

For other blackjack variants where the player pool all play the same player hand against the dealer, the minimum bet is typically EUR/$ 1.

If you and your uncle want to play live blackjack at the same time for EUR 1 per hand, you might want to have a look at the Playtech 'majority rules speed blackjack' that has 2 shared played seats against the dealer.

The cheapest live blackjack that I have found is 'Blackjack Party' powered by Evolution Gaming that I have found on Pokerstars:
traditional blackjack for only $0,50 per hand but it is not easy to find an open seat at that table.

Although hundreds of casino's are open to Dutch players, none of them offers paying through 'iDeal' .
This has to do with the upcoming regulation per September 1st.

Almost all casino's offer paying through 'Trustly' or 'Klarna'.
Both payment options work the same as iDeal.
In almost 100% of deposits your money goes instantly from your bank account to the merchant and appears in your casino account.

When you signup at a casino, you'll probably be offered a (welcome) bonus.
There is some value in taking bonuses, but bonuses come with Terms & Conditions that you'll have to adhere to, for risk of losing your money if you don't. More often than not the casino bonuses are geared towards playing slots on low stakes. If you deposit for playing blackjack at Live Casino, you are probably better off not accepting a welcome bonus.

I don't play at N1 Casino myself, but I found the following in their Bonus T&C:
The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR or equivalent (5 USD; 50 NOK; 7.5 CAD; 400 RUB; 20 PLN). The max. bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

So, even if live blackjack play is allowed while playing with a bonus, you should never play higher then EUR 3 per hand because when you double down or split your cards, you are breaking bonus T&C.

That said, enjoy playing!

I'm happy to stand corrected, but is Ideal in use anywhere else than Netherlands? I think one reason that it's not much offered is that it could be considered as made facility to attract Dutch players as others don't use it, therefore it would be bit challenging to same time to offer Ideal and say that we don't target Dutch players.

^^ yes according to Dutch Gaming Commission "Kansspelautoriteit' , offering payment through iDeal is an indicator for targeting Dutch players, therefore enabling 'illegal' online gambling. Some fines have been issued to casino's by Kansspelautoriteit for offering iDeal in 2018/2019.

From a practical point of view, Trustly or Klarna work almost the same as paying through iDeal and online gambling for Dutch is condoned.

Starting today gambling online is legal in Holland, so those casinos that got a license must offer iDeal.
Which ones?

Hello ACW,

ten companies have received a license to offer online gambling in the Netherlands starting today October 1st.
A couple of casino's will probably get a license in the coming months, and a bunch of big casino's in about half a year.

You may want to check out 'Kansspelwijzer' an official website of the 'Kansspelautoriteit', the Dutch Gaming Commission,
for a list of licensed companies and their URL's.

Casinomeister may offer some links to the licensed casino's in the (near) future.

Some of the casino's are opening today, but they can only do so as soon as the official register for registration problem gamblers CRUKS is open. There seems to be a bit of delay with that register.

Trustly is basically the same as ideal don't make a big deal and just use trustly. Rapid transfer or whatever, it doesn't matter, even klarna is possible. All these merchants will go through online banking (basically the same steps as ideal).

Ok, most important: Which (licensed) casinos offer tables that I can play on together with my uncle?

@acw the lowest table limit for live blackjack on toto.nl is EUR 2
Only 1 table of 7 seats of that limit, and not many other tables yet.
Other casino's will probably offer low limit tables as well, the casino's will open in the next few hours/days/weeks.

Sorry for replying in Dutch, but I think only the Dutch will be able to help, as it relates to a Dutch bank and Dutch gambling site issue.

I know it can be done and surely you want to win but you need a range for it be interesting and play it as you will do it once and get bored.
