Ongoing Diabolical Promotions

Not really "diabolical", just silly. Spin Samurai offers a pretty decent bonus of 125% and 50 free spins. I'd be honestly be happy with the 125%, but the spins are always good to have as a last resort.

So I load them up and find out that it's 50 spins at 0,0049 euro per spin. Obviously it had to be some sort of mistake, right? I contact customer support to check, and the agent tells me it's so I can "try out" the game. I argued that I can just load the game up in demo mode to try it out, and am told that I am "too good a player for demo mode".

Closed my account then and there.

Seriously. I've had my fair share of nearly worthless free spins in my time, but 5 spins on fucking Starburst would have more value than this. I'm actually stunned and confused as to why on earth they would do this. Doesn't make sense. Offer the match bonus and that is good enough on its own. Those free spins serves no purpose other than pissing people off. In my case enough to just abandon the casino entirely. Mind blowing really.

Couple from Mecca/Grosvenor
Mecca Spin a wheel... 10p to spend on bingo (tiz free spin though)
Grosvenor , stake £50 to spin a wheel , 22 seconds of free spins on Reel King Mega @ 10p.
All Red tigers are 3 second spins and if you happened to get a wild drop down it would probably take 20 seconds
for the animation. Most of Grosvenor promotions are x30 or x35 wagering now.

casino rewards always give fantastic bonus offers the downside is 200x playthrough, when i deposit and take bonus they then add another bonus to your deposit so be aware as that carries 200x. i always watch for this and ask chat to remove it. has anyone ever beaten there 200x playthrough and made a withdrawal.

Slotwolf tried to scam me again last week with their excellent 77 freespins offer for a 30$ deposit. The first time I was at how pathetic they became. Since when providers are allowed to do that? Since way too many years for me to count, a freespin offer ia ALWAYS the minimum bet unless specified. So 0.20$ was the min bet. 15.40$ worth of free spins for a 30$ deposit is not so bad I thought. Well.... spins were valued at 0.01$ when in the first place its impossible to spin under 0.20$ bet.
The week after, another 77 spins offer. I went to chat agent to ask free spins value. After 20 minutes trying to avoid the question or being vague about it, I was finally told that it was the second 0.01$ spins scam. Thx scamwolf for your 2% free spins deposit offer once again. Seriously what is wrong with you guys?? Greed, greed, greeeeeeed. Please don’t try to make sense out of this by claiming it’s somehow a legit practice of a mistake. Pure evil.

I meant what I said. It’s amazing to see that you are getting used to convince yourself about such nonsense. I don’t need to explain again because you didn’t understand the problem, I need to explain again for you to read properly for once. Unless its something possible only if you can take advantage of the situation.
Offering free spins as you always do in your promotional emails but all of a sudden not mentionning the free spins value anywhere... You are wise enough to do that with a game that represent around 50% of the initial deposit value if we, as players that are used to not getting fucking scammed by greedy people or at least try to, can multiply 77 spins at 0.20$ related to a 30$ deposit. If you mentionned promo terms as usual with your great 0,01$ spins that were created only for this shitty behavior, nobody would have taken the offer. Telling me there is no problem at all here because spins were issued is the definition of stupid on purpose when it suits your financial edge at a level if immorality that its the same than spitting in the face of anyone claming that diabolical offer. You are pathetic my friend. Really
Edit: I will save you some time Bryan. You will eventually read my message directed to slotwolf anyway. You can do what you want with it. Delete it. Like it. It’s up to you. I didnt mean disrespect towards you.
have a nice day

You not think of checking out the terms and conditions before taking the offer?

I think he's trying to point out that most people would see 77 free spins and think that it was freespins @ minimum with all lines covered, not freespins @ minimum with 1 line covered, that is indeed scam tactics, particularly when you dont make it clear with the email that its only .01 at single line.

Oh so like the great cashapillar offer we once had here lol! Brilliantly funny when casinos do this

And when its the exact same weekly offer si since forever but value is now 20 times less than before. Its related to a deposit. Anyway... have fun with your nice morals and marketinh tactics @Slotwolf Casino

He's obviously complaining about the free spins having a value of $0.01 each, giving a total value of 0.77$ for a $30 deposit.

Do you honestly feel this is a good offer that gives any resemblance of value for the customer?

Personally I would rather not deposit than sit through 77 spins that hold no value what so ever. And quite frankly if I ever received such a generous offer I would never play at the site in question again.

It's the kind of shit which should be banned, they get away with it by not being upfront in the terms, bait click springs to mind, it should be part of accreditation no bullshit promos.

You really don't see the problem in offering 77 free spins on a game with min stake of 0.20, then giving them as 0.01 spins?
players like to see the value of the spins/deposit, so 77 free spins at 0.20 is $15.40, so almost a 50% bonus, 77 free spins at 0.01 is 0.77, s under a 3% bonus. Plus if the spins are single line, it massively decreases your chance of winning anything. You certainly wouldn't get away with that in the UK unless the value was clearly stated in the promo.
The UKGC might be arses with some aspects of gambling, but stamping out stuff like this is one of the good things they have done.

Well thanks for support. I am so tired of that messed up way of doing buisness. Hi, here is something your brain is used to see but there’s a suprise!! It’s actually a nice little catch! From the company you thought was honest... that just tricked you into thinking you were getting a fair deal for a deposit that will be a lost most times. Instead of keeping the money coming... they decided to save on this deal. I don’t know if the genius that came up with this idea is evil or just plain dumb. The intention is bad for sure. What you are really doing though is breaking the trust of every customer because you decided that offering 15,40$ worth of spins with 45x wager doesnt have enough of a negative value? Wagering 693$ on a 96% slot will leave you on average with -13$ balance. So taking 13$ out of my 30$ deposit instantly isnt enough. And on top of that you defend the practice like we are some kind of retards. This is the most useless and bad practice I have ever heard of... You remember you have an edge on every game right? Should take another hour until you try to convince us that you didnt understand properly and that was a mistake. Please don’t do that :)

You might get a better offer, If you ask them to close your account! :D I did this through Livechat and they offered me 40 freespins @20cent on Xmas Bonanza. I played them and then took a timeout for 3 months.

No intention of playing there again, Advertised 96% rtp on Play and Go games while on the landing page and then as soon as you join up and play real money all RTP at 94% or there abouts.

Well no. The only account I ever asked to close liscensed in mga and owned by n1 interactive was my paradise casino account. They refused until I was a little less polite. I specifically asked NOT to self excluse but to be sure to close/delete my account simply. What do you think happened a couple months later? I realized I was self excluded ;) imagine if I won a big ammount at slotwolf... there is no need to tell ourselves it would have been fine... blablabla you are self excluded blablabla customer goes nuts and support offers 0.01$ spins
