Hey,

Made my first deposit at this casino and played one of my favourite games Book of Dead.
My balance reached 0€ very quick.

I'm a bit suspicous now, which RTP version ist offered at this casino, cause it's not possible to have a look at the RTP version.

Live chat online, great! Lets have a quick talk with the chat agent.

Attached is the answer from the agent...

They don't share this information with us!

Hope to read some of your opinions here :)

Have a nice weekend!

DaFunk

Could a mod move this to the correct forum please?
Made a mistake :(
Online casinos is the right forum, as it's a casino issue rather than a slot one. Unless you meant to put it in 'casino complaints'?

Hey dunover,

Could you please put this topic in "casino complaints" please?
Thank you.

Book of dead has been dead for a while. Now very odd on that slot used. To. Be quite a nice play machine but watching people online and other experiences it's rightly gone off that alto has so I wouldn't thin losing all your money on that slot as not the norm it seems. To. Bet very much the norm lol

'unfortunately we do not offer that information':mad:

unfortunately I would like to stick this pineapple plant up your %£$@ would be my reply to that

I guess live chat are just the messengers though, it's the head honchos call.

MGA guidance

The new regulation 46A requires that specified casino-type games offered under a remote gaming licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) shall abide by a minimum average return to player (RTP) of 92% or any such higher percentage as may be stipulated through the licence condition.

In order to further clarify the requirements established by regulation 46A, the Authority is also publishing the Return to Player Directive (Directive 1 of 2016). This Directive specifies the games for which the minimum average return to player obligation is applicable, as well as the methodology which the MGA may use to ensure compliance with such a requirement, for instance periodic checks, and / or certification.

Furthermore the new regulation 49A requires licensees to make available to the players, information related to any fees charged to the players as well as the average winnings paid out to players over a period of time. The intention of these provisions is to enhance the consumer protection measures afforded by the Remote Gaming Regulations, specifically in terms of transparency and fairness of the games.

^^^Do they mean rtp? The MGA text is worse than ukgc for clarity.

Hey,

Many thanks for replying to this thread.
mack341 provided the MGA guidance, where we can see, that this information must be available for players.

The casino has to provide the offered rtp version, if requested by a customer. Am I right?

Greetings,

Not so sure as they only have select game providers on the MGA licence as sapit222 posted. As it looks, Play'n GO is offered under a different licence, which could be anything and then they don't need to display the RTP.

a few more observations.

They let me play the game in demo mode with a UK IP. That would not be possible if they run it under a MGA licence. Tried the same at Videoslots and it asks me to log in.

Plus, I am not sure if these are the legit Play'n GO servers, might very well be.

It is possible here that the casino is using a dodgy aggregator for their games, we saw this happen before at MGA-licensed sites.
