Another thing while I remember - is there a way to set it so you only receive notification emails when you're NOT logged in to the forum? If I'm already here I get notifications, I don't need mail too. I know you can turn it off and on manually but I'm too lazy to do that every time I log in or out.

Nope, not that I know of.
