Question Omni casino - technical issues

Anyone else having problems with withdrawals ?

They told me that they have technical problems.
Withdrawal was approved 3 days ago but money is still not on my skrill account.
I just want to know is this just that some of player havent got their withdrawals or does this affect everyone.
 
Hey, i have had same issues since 03.12, did get mail few days ago that its solved but still havent received my money and everytime i ask about it support says that wait 24h
 
its approved days ago but theres still same problem, support said that they are trying to fix it atm and will be fixed asap

They did that for me ?
And i wonder how because if money left from their side but never arrived to skrill how they get to that money ...

There is a merchant agreement and they have the right to remove the funds within a certain time frame. funds are very well tracked these days I wouldn't worry about how they get a hold of them :)

so omni doesnt cooperate with skrill at this issue ?
 
okay i dont understand, if omni dont cooperate with skrill then how does skrill even know about this issue, did they at start send message that have some problems send money to skrill or whats going on :D

The merchant (OMNI) has to approve the payments, based on their size this might be a long process as it happens in batches. So I wouldn't be too worried unless skrill tells you otherwise.
 
inform them you have spoken to skrill and request an urgent call back

Payments were approved looooong ago...

Like skrill support said Omni wont cooperate with them with this issue.

Request a call-back and tell them you have spoken to Skrill, Omni is one of the over the board operations, I would be surprised if they are trying to do something dodgy.

My withdrawal was returned to the account and I chose a bank transfer instead, which has been approved (I requested the funds return via email). Many thanks Omni. Adam the rep informed me people with stalled Skrill withdrawals will be contacted regarding doing this.

Looks like Skrill and Omni haven't worked out their beef yet.

We would like to take this opportunity to comment on this thread. As most here at Casinomeister know, Omni Casino has been in business for the last 17 years and, as many also know, we are an approved member of Casinomeister.

Allow us first to again apologize to any member that has experienced a delay with a Skrill withdrawal. Omni Casino ran into what we thought was a minor technical problem with sending payments to Skrill. For some reason our payments to player accounts were timing out. This was a problem that we had never experienced in the years of using Skill/Moneybookers. The issue went back and forth between companies until the exact issue at hand was pinpointed, finally confirmed and resolved.

At no time were Skrill payments being purposely delayed. We did offer other options during this time and several members elected to take those options and were paid. To those members: Again thank you for your understanding. However, we are disappointed to read that a member was not provided additional choices from our C.S. team. For that we apologize and invite that player to contact us directly.

Lastly, Skrill is 100% up and running again. We expect no further issues whatsoever. Moreover, as you can see this was an isolated technical issue pertaining only to Skrill payouts. All other banking method payouts were and are performing as normal.

i really dont understand, others get their withdraws processed in 30min and i ahve been waiting for 60h for my envoy withdraw to be processed and before that 2 weeks with that skrill issue, why dont they put any priority to those persons who has been waiting for weeks
