Question. I've been playing at VS since April. I have been able to withdrawl 2 small amounts the first or second week playing. Total amount. $1050. I don't know if its me being a sore loser, but I feel totally cheated. I have deposited in total $ 2720.00. Cashback $248.88, race $187.00. I can not get over $ 250.00, so I havent been able to withdrawl, since my deposits are $ 50- $150, and I get charged a hefty fee for wire transfer. I have been playing the same games weekly since April in the Battles and can count on one hand how many times I actually made it in a bonus round. There is more games then not that I have never seen the bonus round. I switch games, change bet amounts. Nothings working. Seriously Im getting really pissed seeing others win off 10 bucks. I really think they hate me! :(

I don't even know what the question was. lol. And also I dont get the weekly free spins show up until they are all gone.

I hear you Bebo.... these extremely long 'dry' periods suck the hell out of any avid gambler.

Last year I had over 2 months with more than 100 deposits totaling some 10K without a single withdrawal. No matter what casino, slot, bet size I would just not make it significantly past my starting balance. Has been the same now for the last 3 weeks, 34 deposits between 20-150 and NADA

Trust me those winning off 10 bucks are purely not posting the losses they had in previous sessions/months/years. Hence, i take those posts, aka: 'couldn't sleep, deposited 10 and after 5 spins I hit this monster', with a big grain of salt. I'm happy for them, don't get me wrong. We all have that winning streak once in a blue moon and happily forget then how much went down the drain in the meantime.

The 'winning screenshots' thread is the worst one on CM as it implies that you can win from virtually nothing because hardly anybody is honest enough to mention previous losses.

As for the VS FS, pop in on CM after 8am CET and check the 'free spins thread' as i always post the code the soon i receive the email. :D

Thank-you, That made me feel better. :)

My fellow Canuck, I hear you on bank fees.

I was nearly about to give up on VS. Months of playing, and really heavy losses. I will admit loyalty is okay, if you look at your numbers, that's not too bad considering it is wager free.

One good night, or big hit, can certainly turn you right around. It happened for me about 3 weeks ago.

Since VS doesn't control the slot payout, it shouldn't matter where you play. But I know it sometimes feels different.

DOA hates me, and that is not what I had luck on either when I did win.

It's the same for everyone, but it's all relative.

I couldn't imagine spending over 2K on deposits, so instead I might dripfeed a load of small deposits chasing a big hit on a high-variance game like DOA. This often ends badly, so when I do get a good hit it is usually on very small stakes.

So when it seems that a £250 hit is great on 9p for example, I like to selectively ignore that it probably took about £350 in deposits to get there! :(

Of course when playing bigger, the rewards can be spectacular when it happens, but chasing set withdrawal amounts never seems to work anyway. We can't force the games to play well no matter how hard we might want them too.

I admit I like to generally always play the same high-variance games, so these wins can come in clusters. Long droughts can be followed by purple patches too!

I wouldn't get hung up over those fairy-tale screenshots and accompanying stories where people have deposited £2.11 and withdrawn 20K. You can be sure they're extremely rare and the person is unlikely to ever repeat the feat.

There was a former member called Rolastan I believe who always posted insane DOA hits on menial betsizes. Of course we'll never know how much he poured into that game, but I imagine it was a lot!

I hear the OP and can well understand your frustration. Same for me not just at VS but everywhere the past month! So what I do these days rather than keeping on depositing I pull all my deposit limits so I cant be tempted and then take a break which I am doing now for 2 weeks. I can still play the free rolls on VS but only for the next day or so then I will be locked out. I will return to gambling late next week but taking a break can help. At least it does me. When its not feeling like fun anymore then I think its always best to take a few days or even few weeks of :)

As said 1 or 2 hits can see your overall balance shoot right up back into the black - but never chase ever! That always ends in disaster

Hope your luck turns real soon

just play with money that you can afford to lose. At the end of the day casino is the one who wins. just keep that in ur mind before you start making crazy deposits.

So you are able to get your balance up, effectively getting yourself in profit but don't withdraw and then complain about it? Sorry but I don't get it.

Don't misunderstand me, when I deposit £300 and work myself up to £400 and then lose it all (happens many a time), I only blame myself for not stopping when I was at £400 and running away with a profit.

I think the problem lies with winning itself, crazy as it sounds. It feeds players' desire to keep getting bigger and better hits, so in turn withdrawal targets become more unrealistic and unattainable.

If I made it to £100 on a £10 deposit, I still wouldn't withdraw it as I don't consider it worthwhile anymore, Back in the day I would have considered it a triumph.

The longer we gamble, the more greed takes over. If I were to get to 400 on a 300 deposit, it would mean nothing to me, might as well have deposited 50 or 100 to get there.

If I have a hundred quid profit, well, that's just a means to an end. I'm looking for the big withdrawal or busto!:mad:

I think Bebo wouldn't withdraw a 100$ profit because wire fees can go up to 50$.

Casino: 10-15$
Bank: 15-20$
Intermediary Bank: 15-20$

Not much will be left from the little profit, hence she's looking at winning something more substantial to make it worthwhile withdrawing, understandably.

I am mixed on this one. Years ago i would not withdraw less than 1K. Even on just a 20 or 50$ deposit i would still aim for that. Nowadays i go with my gut feeling and sometimes even withdraw with a small loss.

That there wouldn't even enter my realm of comprehension. But it is the smart thing to do in the long-term. We can't always have super sessions :thumbsup:

I do it generally when i have deposited lots, had mostly a terrible session and after hours&hours of patience and smalls bets to avoid bust I make it somehow back to 75-90% of the deposits from that session.

Have seen that kind of recovery too many times, followed by a sudden & lightening fast downturn, ending up depositing even more without the slightest chance for another recovery. The ratio where that happened and i still ended up in profit for the session is maybe 1 or 2:100, hence, still not often enough, but on an increasing rate i rather call it a day and withdraw with a small loss instead of sinking another few deposits into the pit.

I feel so sorry for her (and others) because you're not only fighting the odds of winning but then add a challenge on top of it.

And I am with you. Only the other day, I was £200 up on a £300 deposit and withdrew £200 and kept playing with the rest.

I have learned over time not to be greedy and withdraw whenever I can. Those little bits add up soon over time.

I just want to clarify, my deposits have been since April, so I don't consider it chasing or being greedy, as some are assuming. Thank you Harry for posting the fees, it saved me for being redundant. :)

Taking a break sounds like a wise decision. :)

Taking a break sounds like a wise decision. :)

Well its always a personal choice but i do it allot im forever dragging my depo limits down to under the min allowed
or using TAB for a week or 2 at different places. And then you can still enjoy this forum, free rolls if you have them
and odd sets of fs. But its a good feeling going a week or 2.

Example right now IM enjoying the start of the Olympics and cramming in allot of work as im planning to go abroad
oh and I also did the dishes today so that proves there is life outside of the online casino :)

Take a break it might you do good and the casinos will all be waiting for you when your ready and who knows
they night turn up the RTP switch

GL with what ever you choose but never chase the losses ever )!
