Not too long ago, I withdrew 3000 from Prime casino, and the next day I got a PHONECALL offering me a bonus if I reversed some of it. Worse, they offered EXTRA if I agreed to reverse ALL of it, some 900 bonus on 3000 reversed.
I told them how naughty this was, and how this was a poor offer, considering it was less in value than ANY of the regular weekly offers. I also asked, since they were on the phone anyway, if they could FLUSH my 3000
Later I got the offer in WRITING (email), but ignored it.
I got paid in a timely manner, and they never tried this again.
Prime casino is CONNECTED to the Palace Group, but is not OWNED by them, but Palace Group do the support for them.
Interestingly, the person who phoned me from Prime told me that they had "sacked" Palace Group and were now doing their OWN support - this was a complete load of bullsh1t - so not only were they a bit naughty, but this rep was prepared to LIE. I can only speculate that this lie was intended to explain away why "normal" CS (Palace Group) would have no knowledge of this offer if I contacted them about it. I didn't, so I will never know, HOWEVER, I DID contact Prime casino ON THE NUMBER the rep told me to use in the phone call offering me the 900 for reversing (remember, he also said Palace group no longer did the CS, which was why he wanted me to use this new number), and this is when his lie was exposed - I was greeted with "Hello, Ruby Fortune support"
There is more to this murky business than we think, these are NOT "rogue" casinos, these are ACCREDITED, or ONCE accredited casinos that are now making offers on a case by case basis to players who agree to reverse a withdrawal.
What is odd though - this is BONUS ABUSE, isn't it - claiming a bonus on a reversed withdrawal, or so we have been lead to believe - or was this whole thing another LIE from operators.
