Weren't sure which thread to post this. Apologies as could not see a thread for general chat.

Flying out to Budapest this weekend.

Never been before, looking for any advice, recommendations as to having a flutter over there.

Flying Easyjet, so cant go to a casino suited and booted because of luggage limits. So looking for a Casino with no strict rules on attire.

Also do they have any other forms of gambling? We normally go to Prague and they have betting shops ect.

Have a big wad of 10,000 HUF notes in my wallet (only worth £28 each)

But will probably be the only time in my life I can bet 50K on Black LOL.

Get yourself down to the charity shop for an outfit, with a bit of imagination you can look like a million florins, in used notes.

It,s not the cost of a suit. It will cost more than our flight tickets to have anything more than hand luggage.

Getting my Missus into a Casino will be hard as she never gambles. To ask her to hit the charity shops in Budapest so we can go, will never work LOL.

Edit to add-- Do remember about 20 years ago. We could not get into a Casino because I had a T-Shirt on. Told my mates to go in. I went up the road to Mc'donalds and then offered the first bloke I saw £20 for his shirt. SORTED. £20 was a fair bit of money then.

I live there as a local resident.

There are a couple of casinos in the downtown. You can check out them on this web page
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

To be honest it's been ages since I visited any of them, so I have no up to date information on them (what slot machines, tables etc. they have).
