Noxwin (EveryMatrix) withdrawal delayed

It seems like I have problem to get my deposit back from Noxwin (EveryMatrix).
Have made a large deposit there - lost then won big. Send docs, support confirmed I'm verified, but when it comes to withdraw they become unresponsive, so in 2 weeks I received 10k back and steel waiting for other withdrawals they reverse without any explanation. So at the moment I lost back all my winnings and just waiting for my deposit. No bonus involved.

Any advice on these problem? Lost patience and signed with them via Skrill VIP offers, can I get any help from Skrill?

i made only one deposit then i find out that max win with a bonus is 3k

so i didnt made a deposit as yours is a deposit without bonus they must pay you
