Question Novos at Rizk on/off

As topic states, why are Rizk allowing Novomatics one day and next day they are gone? I'm located in sweden, and to my suprise last time i played at rizk Greentube games was in the provider list, however the next day they were gone again.. whats going on? I see Novomatics there on rare occasion, but they are only there for a few days.

Hi Nerox, we recently got the green light to launch Novo's in your location however there was a problem with the configuration with some of the games in some areas and so we took the decision to roll it back. Hopefully this will be solved in the next few days when you will see the games come back!

They are and no I dont see this changing anytime soon before new legislation is put into place in NL I am afraid

I cannot even see them in my selection of slots.
Also it seems Ygdrassil is forbidden for Irish players?


I have asked this before in a different thread:

Why can I play for example Novo slots at Casumo but not at Rizk?
Same with Ygdrassil which I can play everywhere except at Rizk or any MT secure group casino?
Should you not have the same rights to offer games in certain countries as any other casino?

We would love to offer Novo's to Ireland but we are not able to do so at the moment, but it is interesting that casumo have them, I will look into this

With regard to Yggdrasil we are working on providing these to Ireland too, first off though is that we will aim to launch Yggdrasil games into the Uk in Mid to late March

A selection of Novo games at Rizk, Guts and Betspin - Note not the same selection. Rumpel Wildspins is a 'Rizk only' for example whereas the the casinos mentioned all have BoR?

Now Casumo has about 40-50 available to UK players

The only thing I could maybe think of which is quite probably way off the mark is that there are various "packages/licences" available which offer 'x' number of games dependent on the value of "package/licence" obtained by casino 'x'

All the casino's that run off the iGamingCloud platform have the same games available to them and we pick and choose which games that we want/need based upon our player base and their requirements.

In terms of package/licences available this is quite close to the truth whilst being a way off it too - congratulations, that is impressive. There are many factors that come into play here - which licence you run the games under (eg Alderney, Malta etc) other licences that each operator holds that might exclude certain territories and therefore at point of contract the game lists are specified on an individual circumstance most of the time, but you dont buy "premium" packages for more territories as in your example.
