Novibet Game Disconnection

Anyone else play at novibet and constantly have games crashing on them? It seems to happen a lot more than I'd like. It's not my Internet I have 200mbps virgin, it's pretty fast and quite reliable.

I'm not sure if it's a certain provider as well either, seems to occur with no limit games a lot but maybe that's cause of my play, I generally play, no limit, btg and Netent, seems to be no limit it happens with, but not sure as I had a blast of Jack megaways lastnight and it started having issues with that

There's definite bugs with NoLimit disconnecting - I've had the same at L&L sites.

No Limits are buggy at the best of times across most sites atm.

Re Novibet - When i first started playing there they were really bad for disconnects; every session. They seemed to have improved, platform more stable for a while but i noticed it's slipped again.

Yeah I’ve been noticing the disconnects, it’s not cool. I also asked about this bonus the live chat said it’s instant upon completion, which is not true at all, they need to up their game

They almost verge on being a great casino but just fall short tbh: 1. Sites too temperamental being my main bug bearer - try their Merkur games for example. One day all fine, next day done all gone/not working - you should never be crossing your fingers 'hoping' for games to be available.

And i know Live Chat/Support isn't great at most places but novi's is shocking. Their agents, from several of my requests, can't be arsed to even read the messages as their responses rarely match the question.

And yeah re the bonus - usually 1-2 days when credited, never seen it being instant and i've finished all of them
