The paranoia is justified I'm afraid. This industry keeps on making this kind of change with little or no notice to players and vague explanations. Your support agent has also bought in to the paranoia as it seems the standard response to a complaint from a UK player about a vanished game is "It's been pulled for UK players".

UK players were given frequent and false reassurances in the run up to the new UK regulations from casinos that subsequently dumped their UK players at short notice, and sometimes unable to complete tournaments and promotions they had opted in to and deposited for based on earlier false reassurances.

The loss of MG games was not a "technical issue", and in this case the paranoia was fully justified as it soon emerged that this was a genuine pull of all Quickfire games from the UK market, and whilst we have had some vague explanations as to why this might be, there has been no statement issued by Quickfire themselves that is available in the public domain.

Naturally, when games from another provider start to vanish, the most probable cause as far as a UK player is concerned is that they have been pulled from the UK market, and given that players never seem to get told anything in advance, we have to prepare for the worst.

Here is an example to illustrate the point, although this is another provider, and it's players from Norway that have suffered the no notice overnight blocking. It could just as easily be players from the UK.

..the other night, I really fucked up. And I am super-pissed off at myself for allowing a mere slot game to trigger such a complete loss of discipline.
The frightening thing was just how easily I let things get out of control, once (I allowed) my cage got rattled.

It may end up being for the best though. Because after what happened on Wednesday night/Thursday morning, I had ZERO interest in playing slots last night. I couldn't even face logging into CM. And I have had zero interest in playing today either....so far.

It's easy done. Has happened to me a few times, especially when logging on for a "quick £50 play" after coming home from the pub, hours later realising that I've spent much more than intended. Classic case for me last night when could have withdrew £250, but tempted by The Rhino..........and you can guess the rest!

I'm the opposite, I hate fast busts with a passion. I can tolerate bad bonus rounds as they are to be expected, but for say £50 I expect to see at least 3 - 4 bonus rounds. At least then I feel I had a shot and not ripped off like you said, because what's the point of depositing and ten minutes later thinking 'what was the point of that??'

I think think most sessions ought to be relative to amount deposited, so for £30 -50 I expect to also be entertained or else I might have bought myself a game or film for example. I don't accept the deposit and plummet sessions and they rankle big time.

Yet somehow busting out on a cashable, wagered nd bonus is by far the worst. I built up £80 from peanuts and the games were playing well, and then......

Someone needs to invent a 'Peak - o - meter' soon so I know when to cashout in time!

I personally would not mourn the loss of this slot from Uk casinos. Its so extreme and sure can give amazing wins but other than that it just destroys any balance. I avoid this one as best as I can and almost always regret it when I dont. I play less and less WMS games anyway these days ... and without the auto play feature now for us out in the backwaters of the UK I cant be bothered to keep on clicking. WMS have been bone idle in not getting the fix for autoplay as many other providers have done ... they have in my view taken a "could not care less" attitude. Good riddance if you ask me! They should have made it a priority to get the fixes to auto play to keep in line with the (very anal in this case) UKGC requirements. But instead they took a FU attitude and just removed auto play all together
