I think they are scratching the backs, rather than feeling a bit "rapey"
Thunderkick once again seem to prove that whilst they can make some good looking games, they just seem to fail to get the art right...
The art on most of their games is great - as artwork - but as slots, most of the time they are very wide of the mark...
It's no surprise they are allegedly struggling
I'm not really seeing why they'd think this type of game would be a hit?! For one, there's already a ton of cat-themed slots, and their most successful titles - Flame Busters, Fruit Warp (and I'm sure Pink Elephants) - have been pretty intuitive - this seems like a pretty half-assed attempt at just widening the number of games in their portfolio, rather than spending time to create actual good games!
