I'm referring to many Playtech casinos, such as Europa Casino.
When you play with a bonus, the T+Cs say:
Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all versions of Darts, Heads or Tails, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, Casino War, Pontoon, and Craps will not be counted toward wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games. Bets placed on Blackjack and 3 Card Poker contribute one third of their original value towards wagering requirements. In other words, the sum of the bets placed on these games is divided by three when calculating wagering.
BUT, in the GERMAN version of those rules, the sentence: "We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games." is missing !!! SOmetimes its missing in the english version too)
So, a player, who is new to those casinos, would play them, just to NOT GET PAID after a win.
I had the experience once, long time ago, with a small sum. No prob.
What is the reason, for NOT having this term in there ???
AND: At the end of the terms, there are some games, that count 1/3 towarts the requirements. But, when you ask the support, they say its NOT allowed to play them too.
I myself wrote some mails to ask in this issue, but only for them to repeat the rules and stating ALL that games are not allowed.
One casino said, they write this, because they dont want people who play without bonus to think the games all NOT allowed. ????!!!!
What do you think about this practice ??
