Not a complaint just an annoyance.
So I have some money pending at All British since yesterday and today got an email asking for the usual, ID and PayPal. Which I'm happy to do. As it will let me get my money. My complaint it the fact that when I talked to Isabel in live chat she confirmed that if these were not provided my withdrawal would be held.
 
Maybe Isabel is having an off day or missed training but i know how you feel.

I always imagine most Live Chat agents in Malta like this....

I had two L&L's ask for extra stuff recently. Turned around really quickly. They may be on a campaign because of Covid.
 
I can see the point when you meet certain thresh holds. But to withhold a withdrawal until the items are produced just seems a bit wrong. The items should only be asked for after the withdrawal has went through. Like congrats here's your money but if you would like to continue playing at our site you will need to provide items 1,2,3.
 
Still not sorted. So far I have sent, passport 1 side, electric bill, plus net bill, PayPal, waited had to contact support, then emailed they wanted both sides of passport and another utility bill picture, both sent again, waited again still nothing, had to contact live chat today to see what's going on. Emailed 3 minutes later now it's a bank card front and back usual stuff. Sent. Let's see how long it takes for a reply.
