I will be going to the US for work for a few days. I am a non-US citizen. Will it be legal for me to gamble on bet365 casino during my stay in the US?

I'd bet ( if I were still allowed) that you wont be able to, as soon as their system sees a U.S. IP address, it won't let you connect.

Just what I was going to say.
I am a member at several WagerWorks casinos - but when I go on holiday to the Czech Republic I can't even log in to them!

If you are a member at any RTG or Rival casinos you will probably be OK though.

I believe it is the jurisdiction you are playing in that determines whether or not you can play, not your nationality.

Otherwise Bryan would (probably) not be allowed to gamble, as would all US citizens living outside the USA or, in fact, any national from a country where gambling is banned, even when living outside that country..

A true logistical nightmare if the casinos followed that route.

does it strike anyone odd, that the first post was about USA and online gambling? Member just joined.

looks like a fishing expedition.

looks like a fishing expedition.

Member is asking because member is new to online gambling and will be going to the US for the first time since member started online gambling.

It was a simple, direct question. Member is not fishing for anything but answers.

sorry to be skeptical. But us USA players have to becareful from big brother watching. We don't need to lose anymore of our deposit and withdrawal options

IMO, it wouldn't be illegal (you wouldn't be using USA banks to deposit/withdraw) but as others have stated the casino will no doubt automatically block any and all USA ISPs. Also note that your bank/ewallet may lock you out if used while traveling abroad. This is a royal pain to correct.
