Before everyone panics, there are a number of phone outages in Costa Rica. As of what I am aware no casinos or sports book are closed, they just can not receive incomming calls. They have been down 18 hours and hopefully will be fixed any minute.

Maybe the Unlawful Offshore Telephone Enforcement Act went through on the back of the Pensioners Subsidised Sheltered Accommodation Bill. And you'll probably find the sponsoring Senator has $50k of shares in a company that attach used plastic cartons to the end of bits of string

DGS which provides software and communication services to thousands of sportbooks was spotted having switches and/or servers in Miami... morons...

Well basically they shut down their service and it was mayhem for several sportbooks in Costa Rica including CRIS, YouWager.com and Eagle... I am sure thousands more had this problem.

You can read the news on google about it, is not looking good for DGS.
