No More Play - Malaysians

Well... after all my posts and etc, I was finally told that Online Bookmakers and Casinos will no longer accept Credit Card payments for people of my country of residence.

I guess we're not going to be able to play anymore in any online casinos. This really sucks as there's not much to do over here and if not online gambling, I'd most probably have to drive 4 hours to get to a real casino which is always and usually JAM PACKED!!! (the one and only casino in the country)

So, I guess I won't be posting much anymore. So sad that they made this decision. I can from now on only watch and see everything. No more plays for me. This is gonna be something different. Man, it's gonna suck BIG TIME!

Hope they get over this fast and perhaps we could play again or if not, perhaps Neteller or some other company could be in Malaysia faster and get to let us deposit and play in the casinos.

*Neteller and others are still not in Malaysia as of yet!

But if you really enjoy the games, you could always contact your favorite casinos - explain your dilemma - and see if they'll accept money orders or checks (most do). You could keep your account funded this way. Sure, it doesn't have the speed of Neteller etc., but you'll still be able to play.

Sorry to hear that, Aodat - but Malaysia has been a source of a large amount of credit card fraud over the years and I suppose someone finally put their foot down.

I'd second what Casinomeister said - have a word with a few of your favorites and see if they can accommodate you somehow.

And speaking of the one and only casino in your country, it sucks because you have to go without eating unless you can stand food only fit for dogs Been there, done that, scared shitless by the world's longest monocable car system, casino VIP service was horrible - the only good thing is that they have lots of video games and other amusements

Frankly, I'm surprised lotsa Malaysians are in this forum.

Speaking of fraud, currently there's one ex chief minister who owes 2 Million pounds to Ritz London Casino and it seems our "courts" dismissed the application of judgement by the casino against the minister to repay the debt. They cited grounds that it's against public policy.

Way to go Malaysia!

What boggles the mind more is that he has the capacity to lose RM31.6 million and be RM 7 mil in debt.

That means you can't use your credit card directly with the casino, right? You can probably still use Neteller and Firepay.
