NextCasino withdraw

So, i was in the lookout to play at a new casino, hence im a gamling addicted moron and lost alooot of money on several accounts in other sites which i then blocked for 1 month up to 6 months and made deposit limits.

I came here to look for a site with a good reputation that have microgaming and netent games and i found NextCasino.


I started play Immortal Romance, won a little and now i want to withdraw,

Firstly i deposited using Trustly, hence my shock when they have no withdraw options to Trustly.

The only option showing was the boring and slow Bank Transfer, and there i should type in my account and clearing numbers, along with name and country and amount.

To my surprise, when you fill this blank fields a sign shows green and ok all except for country, and no matter what i do i cant get it greenlighted. Because if i proceed without it i get SYS ERROR! (see attachments on top)


So now what? No live chat online a regular friday time either. I wont be looking for accredited casinos on casinomeister anymore thats for sure.

I believe this is the same group as CasinoLuck, you have nothing to worry about. I have made a withdrawal as a new player from them, and had zero worries.
I was having errors last night in Guts banking, but after a few tries it went through. Apparently they were updating the everymatrix payment servers from the new UK laws or something like that, maybe the same here.
Have you tried more than once?

If your having an issue at an accredited casino you should PM the rep for assistance. Give them some time to respond to you. Since it's coming up on the weekend it may be Monday before you get a reply.

I know it's frustrating to wait for withdraws. USA players deal with this every day. Gamblers are not well known for our patience in these matters, but its usually something simple that is resolved easily once you contact the right person.

Bashing CM in your post certainly won't win over very many people wanting to help point you in the right direction.

Yeah, especially when your used to wait like 10min to 1 hour to get the money to your bank.

Sorry if I'm being a bit overboard with this comment but seems like you may have a gambling problem. Your initial over reaction to the slow paying and comment about just playing it back because your bored sounds like someone that's just looking to get their fix on as quick as possible.

If your bored find something else to do besides gambling. Read a good book or spend some time with family............ Don't spend back your winnings today. It will give you something to play with tomorrow or the next day if you choose to.

Haha I managed to hold up with gamling for 1 weeks until today, during wait i made some deposit at AhaCasino and won even more money. Well im ahead its just lump sums i cant stop play til i get 4 wilds in wild desire though.

Well update to the subject, i got the weirdest response contacting their support via email.

Case closed, must been a nasty error last hours , works perfectly now. Irritating though as a new customer.^^ But they were quick responding via email anyway so + for that,

Like some other members on here mentioned, our platform provider performed a major server upgrade this morning. All in all, it seems to have gone very well, though it may have caused some issues with certain payment methods up until a few hours after the upgrade was completed.

The live chat is being moved to the new server today. If its not up again already, it will be very soon. Our email support is normally very quick though.

Regarding Trustly: We have recently also implemented it for withdrawals and it is currently being tested by tech. I expect it to be live for our customers within a week or two, both on mobile and desktop. The "slow bank transfer" method is actually not that slow. The speed depends a bit on what Swedish bank you have and what time of day the withdrawal is processed. It will normally take anything from within a few hours up until the next business day.

My withdraws was faster less then 2 hours usually, did many withdrawals per week also and didnt pay any fees. When subject was made they did some updates of some sort on the webpage which made me unable to withdraw, but no problems after that and this casino i give a big +1 to!
