I have received a shocker to me off next casino! I already played casino luck, and lost sign up bonus and deposit. ok no problem.

I now thought lets give next casino a try. deposit £200 receive no sign up bonus. thought ok I will e mail support as no live chat on atm. I receive this reply back!

I mean WTF? RED FLAGGED :what: I thought you could claim the sign up bonus at both of the casinos?
 
That´s really weird, personally I´ve claimed the SUB at almost all the casinos in that group (there´s quite a few) and I´ve never had that problem (withdrawals seems to go smoth aswell on most of them). Though some of the casinos in the group seems half shady, like a 20-30% increase in withdrawal time compared to the other ones...

can you please tell me what other casinos are in that group? I know of casino luck, but that's about all..

Seems to be a white label solution though which might explain some things, but I know for a fact I´ve claimed the SUB at both nextcasino and Casinoluck.

wow thanks. I have an account at the usual ones, thrills, guts, play hippo and a couple of others, but mostly never even herd of the rest.

I don't mind at all not getting the sign up bonus, its the RED FLAG I am not happy about! never had this ever before. never ever a chargeback nor any other kind of suspect behaviour.

Only Next and Casino Luck are sister casinos. They have nothing to do with the others.

Always ask wherever you sign up if you know you've played at a sistercasino. Many have that rule, for instance Redbet and the other two in that group.
They have it clearly written in their rules. I don't know if Next casino have that. If not. Then they should.

Have you asked them if your play at Casino Luck was the reason?

I read all the terms and nothing in them about if you can receive both bonuses...

I e mailed the support back, and asked if its because I have an casino luck account that I have been red flagged. awaiting a reply..i played with my deposit, and won a bit. so I have just withdrawn now. I will be going on live chat tomorrow to close my account. after I get paid..

Maybe you also can find out what it was about. If it can be solved and you get an excuse, you might even can like the place and stay.
I have closed a lot of accounts just out of frustration so just don't rush. Learn from my mistakes :D
 
My experience with this casino left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had taken the sign up bonus, ended up winning, and made a withdrawal, leaving some money to play with. My withdrawal was received fairly quickly, without being asked for any verification documents. I ended up losing with the remaining money.

I came back later to try playing again, and couldn't find a deposit button anywhere. Seemed strange, but figured I was just missing something so decided to wait for another day. Came back a week or so later, and couldn't log into my account.

I emailed support to ask if there was any problem that needed to be resolved with the account, and all I received was the following:

"There is no problem or bug. Your accoutn has been closed by our security department though. You will have to find another place to play."

That sounds like a problem to me. I sent a couple of emails with some time in between them asking about the nature of the issue to know whether it could be resolved (perhaps they were supposed to ask for verification documents for the cash-out and failed to do so?), but received only the casino-wall-of-silence in response. As there was no money at stake, I didn't press the issue any farther.

A casino is certainly free to choose which players to allow in the casino, but I personally don't appreciate being treated like a fraudster. I would advise other players to take caution with a casino that, in my own experience, demonstrates no interest or ability to communicate with its players if some manner of problem arises.

But guess we'll see whether support decides to be any more talkative this time around.

She could have given you a name for someone to contact.

I would have closed the account too.

this maria was the same person with the attitude problem to me when I opened my account at casino luck! I didn't mention her name because I thought she may of had a bad day on live chat! I mentioned this on the casino luck thread on Saturday..

I just wonder if this is the reason.

I pm erik who said he could take care of next casino on that other casino luck thread, but no reply. and he not been online since yesterday morning, so maybe he is very busy.

I ended off losing my profit and deposit here, that aint a problem, but the attitude towards me was a major problem to me!

I find it extremely strange, I play at both, never had any problems. I claimed the welcome bonus
at both and always play with monthly bonuses (and some straight deposits in between, out of loyalty).

well I played only very high variance games at casino luck with smallish stakes, they were i.r and doa...so no idea why at all I was red flagged!

casino luck rep I have already pm last night..next don't have a rep. but erik said he would take their enquiries too..
 
I hope this is not the same Marie I spoke to at Noxwin. Not very helpful or friendly.

I think they only have next and casino luck stand alone. unless they share support.

I have gone on the site to close my account, but that live chat is never on! I was very polite to this maria on saturday, and she kept on responding with the same sentence, I even said have a great day, and she just shut down chat without even a reply!

horrible attitude this person has...
 
try and email eric, he just joined couple of days ago but he's a rep for NExt but he did say he would try his best to resolve issues involving next as well and he would forward the problems to managers at next

Try him and i'm sure he'll help u get the answers

I know reps are busy but it would be nice for a reply to my pm off last night erik...

He has not visited this forum since before you started your thread yesterday.

It may be that he (like many other casino people) is in London this week, so you should probably give him some extra time :)

Your issue is solved, I can see your frustration over the red flag. I have a whole casino group that closed my accounts/don't allow me to have accounts. None of the casinos have told me why. "Security" is their word...and "risk departement"... (the casinos involved are RTG/NuWorks/WGS)

Can Eric tell us why red flags are showing at your casino group? :)
