I just wanted to say that after many months of talks with Rival, we have convinced them to do a complete new technical integration and the games are much quicker now! The communication time between servers has been cut in half.

Go to your promotions page, the T and C's for the bonus you accepted are there, I had the same issue from a level up bonus, live chat gave me the wrong info, I searched and found it there.

I waited and waited on live support. No response ever. Been four hours and nothing. I was typing to the wind I guess.


Anywho. I already created a thread but thought I should post here. When you bet at some of the slots. Your whole balance just disappears into thin air.

Due to a lucky Landbased visit i decided to invest into Slotsmillion again (long time verified there)' had a w massive loosing deposits but then received 200 EUR (Level up) with 2000 EUR max cashout und thought i'll give stickers a shot. 15 min laters and some other games (all with allowed 8 eur bet) i requested a cashout of 1949 eur. yaaay. cashed out at 2 last night, still pending.... let' see... do they always seem to be pending so long?
