New Processor for Rushmore

I think I may have discovered at least part of the reason that the accounting department ground to a halt awhile back. Up until recently, when I made a deposit, it showed up on my statement as "8int.com". This last time it was "MYACCESSCLUB". If they were searching for a new processor, then it's no wonder they there were delays.
 
If the change in payment processor was the cause of the recent delays the casino or Louise should have stated it. There has been too much speculation floating around but this is normal when so many players had not gotten their cash for several weeks without a decent explanation. I do hope, however, that the issue is more on the proceesor side than cash flow.

Louise and the Rushmore Group have been tops and I hope that everyone gets paid in a timely manner including Nash who has been quiet of late.

Thanks for the post.

Concerning our processors - We have several processors for credit cards so deposits can often go through a different processor at different time, meaning that the merchant name could show up differently on your statement.

Also, the credit card processors are not connected to processors for withdrawals.
