So you're hooked. Read a lot, here is lots of useful stuff.
From what ive learnt so far (me too, won a lot, lost more while chasing):
1. Do not chase
2. Change the tactics- if you're betting i 20p and being patient, changes to bet 1-5 and do quik.
3. If you're linked to obsession, fuck, it won't be easy to hold the strategy.
4. Hope you know about rtp check, casinos, etc, etc.

Im not taking about elemental like budgeting, never spend more than you can afford.
