I am happy I hadn't made any remarks that perhaps I would have regretted making. I received an email today from one of their Casino Host's that I now have a VIP Host. This is what he had to say about my pending Withdrawals....
" As for the wire details, unfortunately, due to the PSP limitations, we can no longer send the funds to Wells Fargo accounts. Do you have an account at any other bank by any chance? "
What does this mean? If I don't have another Bank account, I will not receive my Payouts? This is concerning for me. I have had to send verification of my identity and address along with supporting documents four times to the Casino and twice to the third-party company, HooYu, they use to verify I.D. and Adresses. I attached a screenshot of the text message I received from HooYu confirming completion of this process. Yet, still I am receiving email messages from the Casino that I have not completed this process. I am beginning to feel a bit miffed. Not sure how to respond without sarcasm or anger. WILL pay you if you are patient.
Unfortunately, they got taken over a couple of years ago by Gambling Wages/Ace Revenue.
Their mode of operation has always been to delay pay-outs as long as possible in the hope the player will get fed up waiting, reverse the withdrawal and lose it all.
Payments normally take 3-4 weeks.
