, IGT's new game, is now live at Virgin Casino. From the game box:

Pixies of the Forest™ is an online version of Secrets of the Forest™ — one of IGT’s top five performing land-based games in North America. The game is based on a magical theme that provides an enchanting audio and visual player experience. The game features:

- 99 paylines for only 33 coins gives players more paylines for less
- Popular Tumbling Reels™ feature that lets the player win again and again from the same spin
- Extremely lucrative Free Spins Bonus, with more wild symbols than the base game
- Connected Lines™ feature provides more intuitive paylines made up of symbols that are always touching, instead of the chaotic payline patterns found in high payline count games

Pixies of the Forest™ is both new at Virgin Casino and new as an online slot game, having recently been digitally cloned from its successful brick and mortar alter ego.

Cheers,

I hammered this for ages the other day. One of those slots where loads of wilds and symbols showed up and I thought I was going to be a Millionaire - turns out I'd won about £4 :D

Good fun though with the tumbling malarkey... I liked the way they say they give you 99 lines for 33 coins as well - 3 for 1 or something. Should've called it the Tesco slot.

Managed about 400,000 hours play without winning or losing any money so not all bad. Or good. Or something.

I don't know if it's because it's IGT and they start off life in the B&M casinos, but the Wagerworks slots always seem very polished.

I prefer it to Davinci Diamonds but I just don't really like Tumbling Reels / Cascading Reels etc. Prefer my games to spin. But this one at least has some potential whereas I never understood why Davinci was so popular myself.

That's because you didn't spend enough time on Tetris in your teenage years :D

It's true :) I actually think the reason I love Thunderstruck is that I came through the 90's playing Quake I, II and III plus Unreal/Unreal Tournament and there is a psychological connection of that I'm sure. The "Castle" symbol reminds me of a UT map based on an Island in Space with a castle at each end LOL :D

Typical.

I remember you describing the handbags from 'Ladies Nite' as "The Doorman's Radio'

Thanks for making me feel old. Maybe that idea of a PONG based slot is not going to catch up after all...
Best videogame memory is Zelda and Goldeneye on N64, but guess I shouldn't hold my breath about Nintendo entering the gambling space anytime soon :D
