Yes, I have internet. The reason I asked is support isn't responding to my email and yes I've sent a message to Emily also since I fall into that category where my deposit wasn't credited. However, if you'll pop over to see where my money went to, I'd greatly appreciate it.

MY question as per my last PM to you was it took approx. 5 hours to process the money into my account and support wasn't responding to my emails, which was the reason I was trying to obtain a phone number to see if the emails were going missing and I had provided support my Neteller transaction number. At the time I requested this info. the monies were not in my account, which was why I was trying to obtain an alternate method to email to make contact with support. I hope that answers your question.

Just a quick update. Apparently my emails were going astray, which is why they weren't be responded to,however, the money has been credited to my account along with a small token for my difficulties.

I was aksing about the 100% bonus advertised in the casino lobby not the sign-up bonus. It is 20X(D+B) , but I wondering if it only applied to the new slots.

Just click on the streamer going across the top of the screen after you've logged into the casino. I believe it even says "click here" so you know the right place to click. It will then bring you to the screen to get the free $5.00
