Going for the it's against EU law argument. I can see their point.

I don't think they will be successful but I will say I hope they are - been a bit less choice for us UK customers since it came in and I want my pinnacle sports back

Absolutely stands no chance of succeeding. If it does, I will eat my hat, only problem is I have no hat. Gibraltar can't have the best of both worlds even though they think they can. I'm not speaking just in terms of gaming. This is just a waste of money and or a PR exercise, nothing more.
