I just found this casino which I believe is new. I tried searching the forums but couldnt really find out any info on it. Has anyone ever played here, or know anything about them? It seems kindof sketchy, they dont even list their software provider on their webpage.

I work with this group a long time... never had any complains...

They also bought a skin on Action/Tiger Gaming poker network. The rake is about as bad as any online rake could be but the games are full of donks so that makes up for it. They also have what appears to be a bottomless reload bonus.

I have been playing on their poker network and the cashouts have been fast and their support is great with live help. They offer one free cashout a week and email you when it is processed.

I signed up at nine.com for a deposit $200 get a $200 bonus. The WR is 20x=$8000. By my records I have wagered $7372 towards the requirements. (I am using a hand clicker to count.) I called CS and the CSR told me that by their records I only wagered $6076. I believe the difference is that they are not counting wagers for splits and double downs towards the WR, all of which are wagers. The CSR say that all wagers are counted but I don’t believe it. There is no other explanation for the difference between the numbers. I emailed them several days ago without a response. (I want a written explanation for this from them.)

I don’t see a contact listed here for them.

Any suggestions?

I signed up a few months ago. They had a bonus, but you don't get it until after the WR is met. I busted pretty quick, they did not give me the bonus, and I never deposited again.

They also called me a few times, which is annoying. If they are going to call, at least have some sort of enticement to offer. Don't call just to tell me to deposit.

I am doing well below expectations and my CSR told me that they are using English Harbour's software, so I am concerned about this place.

There is a lot of rationalisation going on at Leisure and Gaming, which owns Nine.com, English Harbour, VIP and has just acquired selected assets in a technical software sense from IGW.

The group has announced that the English Harbour software development team (know as Vegas Technology now I believe) will be the lead in an exercise to integrate all the technical assets with a view to producing one common proprietary platform for the group.

It could be that this will achieve roll-out on a new online casino for Stanley Leisure that is being planned for later this year.

Can anyone get a written answer from them about double downs and splits in blackjack counting towards the WR?

The silence has been deafening here!

They are an operation which has grown a lot here (Costa Rica) during the last years.

Apparently the run a fine operation, I have seen a lot of them (meaning they have invested $$$$$ in marketing). I believe they want to become the next Bodogs...

Their poker software is sweat, dunno to which network they belong.

I believe their Casino Software used to be DGS software, which in my opinion might be the crapiest software that has ever been created. Probably they changed it. Good for them if they did.

Good to hear nice comments from them, they use to be GC sports some years ago if I am not mistaken.

I had the same problem as CROGO at this casino - I was given the deposit bonus and wagered approx. $8300 on blackjack, to be told by support that I had only wagered $7100 - I'm pretty sure it was the doubles and splits that weren't counted. The upside was that after a bad run I was only trying to cash out about $220; I decided to 'complete' the WR playing BJ at $20 per hand and ended up with around $600.

Cashing out seems to be a bit of a problem - even after I had completed the WR the software wouldn't allow me to cash out to the sportsbook, and it took several attempts to persuade live support that I had money in my casino account to cash out. Once they did accept this, the money was in my neteller account in a couple of hours. If you ignore their accounting glitches and the necessity of dealing with live support, it's quite a nice place to play.

Regarding Wagering Requirements

Don't worry about doubles and splits,

Caisno softwares report risk amounts, and I guarantee you that whatever software they are using when you split or double the risk is being considered.

When you check a game session it will give you info like

Game: Black Jack Multihand 1/100
Total amount wagered: $xxxx
Winnings: $xxxxx
Payout percentage: xxxx%

What you could check is what is their policy regarding Black Jack and some other games.

Sorry, but it is plainly obvious that they are not counting the double downs and splits towards the wagering requirements. I was flat betting $1 per hand. It is completely impossible that I erroneously clicked my counter almost 1300x. It is simply not possible.

When playing basic strategy in blackjack, double downs and splits have a positive expectation for the player. For this reason it appears that they refuse to count double downs and splits towards the wagering requirements for the bonus. This would be OK if they disclosed this upfront, but this is not what my CSR told me. The fact that they are refusing to respond by email also gives me concern.

Thank you for confirming my deductions.

I have problems with a casino that misrepresents policies and fails to reply to emails. Cautiion is advised here.

I dont know if they were feeding me a line of BS or not, but I just talked to Maynor (supposedely a wagering manager there). He told me that their wager counter updates at midnight, since I was having the same issue as you and my bonus was not added, even though I had wagered more than $10K (including splits and doubles, but more than $8K in just starting bets too). I'll see what happens later tonite.

I just visited Nine

Ok,

I haven't checked their website in a while but they are still using DGS software.

I am 99% sure they are counting your splits and doubles in Black Jack towards the wagering requirements.

Get an email of them denying this, and it will be the most astonishing thing to me and I give you my word I will never post here again.

I know DGS software, let me tell you that for example: if you have wagered $1200 in bets of $5 average each you are looking into a game session of at least 240 hands... I guarantee you they will not be taking out all the doubles and splits in your black jack activity...

If you wish, pm me and I can send you some screen shots of how a game session in DGS looks like... it will be the most painful experience ever to do that.
