Netspend Virtual Cards

Anyone else not able to use their virtual visas? Mine are gone, tried to use one and it said wrong expiry date. Tried to call in but I dont have the original cards anymore so I couldnt get through unless I said my card was lost or stolen. I shredded it a long time ago, opting to use only the virtual cards since I can change them at will. Now when I click on the virtual cards from the main menu it goes back to the statement screen. Why would those bastards disable the virtual cards? I know they are either having problem or disabled them because I have two accounts and on both accounts I cant use or create a virtual card anymore.

After trying again it looks like they may be having website issues. Never seen this in the 7 years I used NS. I finally got this message instead of it kicking me back to the statement screen.

I was using net spend to buy paste and pay vouchers but then it started taking the money out of my account and not crediting my card. I had to wait weeks to get my money back so i haven't tried since. It is getting hard to deposit and harder to withdraw.
 
I think the problem with virtual cards is some places want to see a copy of the actual card or they suspect fraud, I just use a debit card on an account i keep only game play on so if its compromised they do not get much

Ive never had a problem. I explain it is a virtual card , send a screenshot of the virtual card and it is always approved. Back to the virtual cards, I still cant access them, cant create a new one or view my old ones. I emailed support for an explanation and will post a follow up when I hear.

I've used netspend since 2007 and they have made a huge amount of $$ from me. They know exactly what I am using both cards for, it is blatantly obvious, I dont try to hide it. But if they disabled my virtual cards I wont hesitate to cancel everything.
 
Finally got a reply. Glad I dont pay bills with this company.

During this time you will not be able to use Virtual Accounts. Additionally, we expired all of your existing Virtual accounts. If you are using a Virtual Account for a recurring bill payment, you will need to contact your biller to set up a new form of payment.
