Neteller account closed due to roaming solution? bring a phone bill

I'm unsure how the OP was planning to use Neteller while traveling. I guess it's not a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket.

Why was it again that this card stopped working?

The provider of the card whom Neteller teamed up with pulled the plug on the deal with very little notice. One can only assume it was because of the Safe Ports A...oops...I mean UIGEA.

JMO, as we have seen to date with UIGEA,WIRE ACT,ETC., the IRS may put the fear of GAWD in us by going after its token examples but probably moreso with the motive of sending a message for the future through this to the taxpayer ( pay your taxes on gambling income,I do ftr). The IRS has limited manpower/womanpower to pursue this avenue as there are much bigger fish for the IRS to fry with its limited personel.

After all this annoying BS, I seem to be ok now. I have received enough money to be able to breathe normally again.

This does not count Neteller. They even declared that they are not a secure company at all and never have been. These are the exact words I got from a representative while speaking with them on the phone.

It is possible to have the account unlocked, yet, only by sending them a utility bill.

So, if I ask someone to go and get it, send it down to them, they still have no proof of me. Any nut can send this to them, ask for a change in account details and access the account after this.

when the picture was just beginning to be painted I actually said "no bux,no fux" which I would later amend. For you who knows,maybe it will work out, I have always found vacations w/gf's to be great at times great but at other times for uncertain reasons unusally stressful and thus flying solo is not such a bad thing................but the shallow,insincere who needs that from anyone as I often say to these type of women "one can find that anywhere",then "ADIOS". OK, I am not Dr. Phil and I bet some Misses Phils are boiling,LOL..........glad all is looking up and no bad feelings..............peace out.
