Should've known I was playing with fire with this lot.

Deposited 5 x $100 vouchers into myneosurf account - went to use the spend voucher and it says "must be activated", which doesn't make any sense. Went to log in to the account, account is blocked.
And of course no reply from 'support' - same as the last email I sent them months ago.

There trustpilot reviews are filled with people having the same problem, they deposit money, get banned and then ignored. It's borderline criminal. Actually to hell with that; it is criminal.

Why use a myneosurf account, why not just deposit straight from purchased vouchers to the casino?

But you can just deposit vouchers one at a time also can't you get a voucher for 500. I only buy them $50 at a time and other time just use Bitcoin

Nah I need to deposit at once to get bonus, $100 is max voucher according to the servo. Needs to be neosurf to get the bonus too.

The other day I had trouble depositing via Neosurf it would come up as an error so I left it and the next day it was fine. Neosurf wasn't down only their backup system what ever that was. lol

Do not TRUST NEOSURF your voucher / Vouchers won’t work and you will never get your money back ! I have been trying to get a refund and all I get is stalling tactics and the run around and blocked account. Neosurf according to Trustpilot have ripped of so many people. I cannot believe gambling sites are servicing customers with Neosurf this type of payment method should be banned as many people are loosing their money to Neosurf and not the gaming sites.

Not good, but I don't think you can hold out much hope of casinos fighting the good fight on behalf of customers losing money.

Eventually, Neosurf will fold if it keeps losing customers by not delivering a service.
