I think I should of posted here before I tried to make my deposit.
Its been many years since I played online, I only done it once and back then I could use my Visa debit card. After reading many good reviews on spin palace I thought I would sign up. After signing up with them I tryed to use my visa card and it wouldn't go through, then they send me a nice email telling me that the financial institution which issued your card does not wish to take transactions for an online casino. In the email it says maybe I should try another way giving me other options. I clicked the link on the email to Neteller and signed up with them, again I tryed to use my visa to fund it and again it would not go through, so I used another option with the online check to fund it, now I have to wait a few days for them to make a deposit, then I go back to the site to put the amount in before I can use the funds.
I don't have a problem with any of this, its alittle late now but my question is did I do the right by going with Neteller, are they "others" that may be better to use online? Neteller did charge me $2.67 to fund it, I don't have a problem paying that either, its just been a long time since I'd played and I don't know much about depositing on the online casinos. I have a paypal account, but thats not one of the options.
Back in 2000 I used my visa card and deposit $20 in Captain Cooks casion, I did very good and cashed out over $700, they sent me a check within a week, my bank acted like they didn't want to take it because it was from another country, I had to wait I think 14 days before I could use it.
It looks like things have changed alot since then, now I'm reading on this board that you can cash out and it be on another account within hours. I would like to play online again, reading these boards help alot with who are good and who are not.
Where I live we have a casino, but with gas prices and it being a 3 hour trip, I think playing online would be better for me now.
Thank you for your replys.
