You can win Amazon cards on those penny auction sites. Well worth the few dollars invested. So far I have won 4 of them ($40,$40,$25,$75) and love it. (Amazon is my #1 shopping place)

This could be seen as moneylaundering. 3Dice may put a stop to this because of how it looks, even if legally there is nothing wrong with it.

The bottom line is that it looks like a scheme to move money out of Belarus, disguise the fact it has come from there, and then exchange it for goods. If VISA and Paypal are not prepared to take the risk of holding the currency because of the crisis, there has to be some element of risk that has overwhelmed their natural desire to take customer's money in exchange for what they are selling.

Are there any regulations in Belarus that prevent it's citizens from moving their money abroad, or spending it abroad, or is it just a few companies' "internal policies" that are in the way. If it's the latter, there are probably no laws being broken, but there will be a risk involved, even if it's one of being "blacklisted" by casinos for allowing the casino account to be used to move money from A to B.

It would be best to get the "OK" from Enzo for using the gifting facility in this manner, so that no player who decides to help you out suffers from a "security investigation".

Of course, YOU could end up with a load of worthless Euro denominated gift cards if the latest bailout plans fall over, and you will find no-one prepared to change them back for Belarussian currency
