Evening, I've been waiting for Videoslots to provide a means to withdraw $2000 in winnings (all documents verfied and approved) because they claim that the card that I used to deposit isn't able to accept return or refund payments. My HSBC branch begs to differ. Anyway, two weeks later, they claim that a bank wire transfer function will be added as an alternative function in my profile. Almost had another birthday from waiting so long. The current explanation is that it is taking a while for the developers to add the function. Sounds sus to me as it shouldn't take almost two weeks. I feel your pain, they are doing the same with me, they don’t read previous chats and just keep saying the same thing about my tax return not being official even though it is! The more and more I read up about them this common practice by them and drag it out hoping that the customer will give in, but I won’t as like you I have a large amount in winnings. I'm worried about saying I want to close the account then they will keep the winningsthat is shocking,phone the UKGC and tell them about it,tell videoslots you want to close your account that way you will get your winnings
@Team.Videoslots is this true?they cannot keep your winnings by law if you close your account,do it mate listen to me im giving you the best advice
