nedplay locked my account

i wanted to log in to see if i might have some coins left in my account and my account is locked i have no idea why they locked my account, i have no multiple accounts with them

hi dont know wether this will help you i thought they locked my account but there seemed to be a bug or something whilst putting in my password , in the end i cleared both my account number & password ,then retyped it back in making sure there wasnt a gaps which i found was the problem for some unknown reason , give that a try.

Just don't getit how you try to login to casino, got message that acount is locked, then you start here new thread?
Would understand if u try to contact someone at casino, then, if there would be something to write, you start a thread.......
This is kinda offensive to casino....

problem solved!!! i got a response from the helpdesk and they say that a wrong account was being locked so now my account is back open
whew i am glad, i started to think what i might had done wrong
